Borgeby Castle

Borgeby Castle
Borgeby Castle, a 600 years younger medieval strong-house stands on the remnants of an old viking age fortification from 980 AD, a so-called “Trelleborg” built by Harald Bluetooth “The Harald who won the whole of Denmark and Norway and turned the Danes to Christianity.”.
The gatehouse appears to be from the 16th century but has older parts, the castle was burned in 1452 by the Swedes and in 1658 by the Danes.

  1. Very nice, I'm now very keen to try Caffenol-C-L myself; I tried Caffenol-C-M before with success but as I'm a fan of stand development, Caffenol-C-L looks like the way to go, am I right? How long did you develop the negative above for? I've some ADOX CHS 100 ART in my freezer that I plan on using, any suggestions for that film in Caffenol-C-L?

PS: The captchas you're using to keep out spam are really killing me and probably explain the few comments on your beautiful blog (I'll keep on trying until I guess right)

  2. Thanks, I developed it for 70 minutes and the neg is a bit too dense.. In your case I´d try around 50-55 min. with the CHS 100!

And yeah, I know that the captchas are a P.I.T.A. but it´s a necessary evil, otherwise the blog would be bombarded with spam! 🙂
