A Shakespearean afternoon

“To be, or not to be: that is the question: Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, Or to take arms against a sea of troubles, And by opposing end them?” Young or old, innocent or wise? A photographers ramblings on a Shakespearean afternoon..

  1. Salve!

Your work is beautiful. Maybe you have mentioned this previously, but I am curious about whether you are using Caffenol for developing prints, in addition to using it for developing negatives. Is your posted work scanned and inverted from negatives developed in Caffenol, or are you developing prints in Caffenol as well? This is something I am interested in, and I wanted to get a better sense of the workflow.

    Si Vale, Valeo!

  2. No I´m not doing analog prints atm, I need a 4X5 lightbox for my Durst 1200 and it´s proving very hard to come by!
So yes I scan my negatives as positives, invert them and clean them up in Photoshop.

    Thanks! 🙂
